Okay so...... 4:00 a.m. comes really early for most people but this is the time that I normally get up, put the dogs out, feed them, put them out again, and then get ready to leave home at 5:30 to get to work by 6:30. This morning was not so.
I woke up with a headache... still can't understand... maybe the braces....movement of teeth/pressure.... or the lack of food I have had in 2 days....... I took the dogs out for the first squat... and strangely they were barking up a storm. As I saunter out, as I normally do, I see him - the REAL Péppé le Pew!!!!
All 4 dogs (Duncan, Portia, Rémi and Rosé) were circled around this little guy! I yelled Nooooooooooooooo!!! 50 times over and finally heard a yelp and they all sprinted inside the house.... I forgot to close the door behind me.OH MY GOD!!! Within seconds, my house reaked, inside and out!!! What do you do now? Stores don't open for another 5hours!!!! Leave them outside.
At this time, Eddie is trying to air out our home ~ It's -7 out ~ the house is freezing!!!. He's going around spraying stuff..... washing down walls, floors.... gagging..... and a little cursing too. I can paraphrase: "Waaaaayyy to early for this crap" . Is there really any good time for this crap????
After making a few calls around 8:00 a.m. I went out to get "Skunk off" from a local vet. Only 2 8 oz bottles were available at 8:30. This will only touch the surface with what they got sprayed. I apply and wait till the other store opens up at 9:30. I buy a gallon of "NoK Off"! This stuff is fantastic!!!! and now the dogs are soaking in it. Once this stuff dries off them, I will have to bathe everyone of them with more stuff, and hopefully this will do the trick.
Do I have my dog tub installed you ask??? NOOOOO. So there goes my back.... there goes 1 year of therapy for my hands literally down the drain.
Kids are back from school. They were told to change their clothes at school and to pack up all their belongings from their locker. We didn't realize they smelled that bad or should I say smelled at all...... I would not have sent them to school!
This was very embarrasing for me. Needless to say... I will not send them to school on Friday. They helped out trying to get rid of the toxins in the house.
They are great kids!
