Self Serve Pumpkins in Panmure

20 minutes down the road from us, there is a Self Serve "Pumpkin Patch" that we have faithfully been going to since 2005. The farmer - Mr. Colton is one of the nicest men I have ever met... and he loves his dog! For some reason,, this is the first time we have not run into him. We will have to go back for a few bailes of hay... so maybe then we see him to chat.

Last year, we introduced our Pumpkin place to Christina, my niece. She looked forward to getting her pumpkin today.

This year we introduce Brianna's friend, Kayla and of course one of our fur kids Miss Ray - "Rayna". What a spoiled girl she is - Rayna that is ... not Kayla.. let's make that clear.

Rayna is a sheltie that loves to hang with people. With almost nil training... this girl follows / heels with EVERYONE!

Rayna is the only "furkid" at our home that did not shed her whole coat! She looks pretty good.

Rayna hearing the cows across the street.....

Smelling the air more.... what the heck is that smell?

ooooOh! the Camera... Strike the pose!

We picked out our 4 pumpkins, dropped off the money in the "Safety" box, grabbed a recipe handout, that Mrs. Colton did up and off we went. I will tell ya next week how these recipes taste. I plan on using some for the thanksgiving dinner.

They sound delish!
